Mansur Realty Corporation targets real
estate investment opportunities throughout the United
States with transaction values ranging from $10 million
to $150 million.
Our vehicles for investment
include acquisition for our own account with conventional
financing, joint venture investments with domestic or
international institutional equity partners, partnership
transactions with developers or sponsors, and hybrid
structuring.
Our development transactions
are concluded in similar formats. Projects outside the
Chicago area are usually achieved by partnering with
an experienced developer within that particular market.
In such cases, we seek conventional construction financing
and provide a significant portion of the equity. In
many instances, we will also secure additional equity
or financing from an institutional partner or private
source.
Our investments usually have
a two- to four-year time horizon to achieve value enhancement
and liquidity via sale to a strategic buyer.
We pursue acquisitions and investments
directly from principals and also consider opportunities
received from owners, brokers, investment bankers, developers
and a variety of other sources.
